A Letter To God

Assalamu’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

My name is Deniawan Nugraha Putra. Now, I'm in grade 11 at SMA Negeri 27, Central Jakarta. At school I have many friends. When I need answers about homework, they are happy to give their answers. Although, we were caught cheating and working together during the exam, we still repeat it.

I like school, because I don't have to be told to go to school like at home. do anything with friends, chat, make love, fight. All of it was very pleasant for me. Then since a new virus outbreak has appeared in China, the whole world has been in an uproar. State officials hold large-scale meetings related to a virus outbreak known as COVID 19.

This virus is said to have been discovered since the 18th century and can be overcome, but the current 19th is even worse than the 19th century virus in the 18th century. Shortly afterwards, news was heard that the outbreak of this virus had spread to Indonesia.

The first victims found in Indonesia were 2 mothers and children in Depok. Hearing this news, the government immediately announced that the school was canceled for several weeks until the virus could be overcome. Initially this news brought happy news for all students in Indonesia because if there is a holiday, there are no schoolworks. But because the school was closed, it turned out that the teaching and learning process was carried out at home. The assignments given by the teacher were not insignificant. Not a few others, the task of the teacher who was given suddenly with a very limited time limit.

Even though I really like a vacation at home, I really say that I miss school, I miss friends, I miss class conditions when there are no teachers.

YA ALLAH... if you hear my prayer, please save this country ... eliminate the disease that has claimed thousands of lives, listen to our prayers YA ALLAH ... we beg for forgiveness to you YA ALLAH ... only to you we ask ... only to you we beg for mercy
